Location:

Arrowtown is located in the Central Otago province of New Zealand's South Island. The town is located just 20 minutes drive from New Zealand's premiere resort, Queenstown. Arrowtown is the most centrally located township to the Central Otago skifields and is just a few minutes drive from the area's many vineyards.

The museum stands above the Arrow River on the town's main street, Buckingham St and is the first port of call for Arrowtown's visitors. The museum's information centre is a booking agent for visitor attractions throughout the Wakatipu District and can assist with accommodation enquiries.
